Return Policy

Fiddlehead Heaven Forest Products offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. Normally products for human consumption are not refundable after being opened, however if you find something wrong after opening your package that might trigger a Food Safety issue then please do not consume and contact us immediately with a picture of your product. Or If you change your mind after receiving your order please contact us at info@fiddleheadheaven,com within 30 days of your purchase and we will initiate the refund process for your unopened product. Please use Product Return in the subject line of the email.
 
You may return product that has been unopened granted you return it within 30 days
 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number from original order is sufficient).  
  
You should always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for any returns. We cannot guarantee receipt of a return without a tracking number and refunds will not be processed on items that have not been received by us.
 
Returns that arrive without prior notification will not be refunded.
 
All authorized returns must be received back to us no later than 30 days from the date of purchase to receive a refund on the purchase price. Items that arrive more than 30 days from the date of purchase will be refunded at the discretion of Boreal Wild Foods
 

SALE/PROMOTIONAL ITEMS 

Will be refunded at the sale price, not at the full purchase price. Any returns for items in the bundle will be refunded the difference between the bundle price and the regular cost for the items not being returned.
 

SHIPPING 

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive the refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Any shipments sent back due to being deemed undeliverable will be handled the same as a return.
 
All international returns must arrive free and clear of customs and duties. We do not cover these fees on returns.
